What is DuoRegio?
DuoRegio is a bilingual platform that brings together two regions — the Lubusz Voivodeship and Brandenburg — in one place. The portal makes it easier to share information between employers, companies and job seekers on both sides of the Polish-German border.
The name "DuoRegio" means two regions — because we believe that cross-border cooperation begins with a shared platform where everyone can find what they are looking for: a job, a business partner, an event or information.
Why DuoRegio?
Today, recruitment and cross-border cooperation in the Słubice – Frankfurt (Oder) region and its surroundings run through scattered channels — separately in Poland, separately in Germany. There is no single place where an employer from Brandenburg can post an offer visible to candidates from the Lubusz region, and vice versa.
DuoRegio solves this problem: one publication — two markets — three languages.
