What is DuoRegio?
DuoRegio is a platform bringing two regions — Lubusz Voivodeship and Brandenburg — together in one place, in four languages: Polish, German, English and Ukrainian. It makes information flow more easily between employers, companies and people looking for work on both sides of the Oder.
The name "DuoRegio" means two regions — because we believe that cross-border cooperation begins with a shared platform where everyone can find what they are looking for: a job, a business partner, an event or information.
Why DuoRegio?
Today, recruitment and cross-border cooperation in the Słubice – Frankfurt (Oder) region and its surroundings run through scattered channels — separately in Poland, separately in Germany. There is no single place where an employer from Brandenburg can post an offer visible to candidates from the Lubusz region, and vice versa.
DuoRegio solves this: one publication — two markets — four languages.
