Purchasing Specialist (temporary cover position, minimum 2 years)

For our team in Słubice we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Purchasing Specialist - offer for a temporary replacement

Scope of responsibilities

• Carrying out purchases of indirect materials, including development materials and items not held in warehouse stock.
• Placing orders based on internal requests (e.g. purchasing platforms, online suppliers) and updating data in the ERP system.
• Purchasing selected materials used in production processes.
• Planning material requirements and supporting purchasing processes.
• Managing supplier orders and monitoring delivery punctuality.
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Cooperating with the production, warehouse and administration departments.
• Performing current administrative tasks related to the purchasing process.

Our requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a position related to purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
• Good knowledge of purchasing processes and cooperation with suppliers.
• Very good organisational skills and the ability to set priorities.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
• Good command of English, enabling daily contact with suppliers.
• Independence, responsibility and accuracy in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Openness to new challenges, creativity and a proactive approach to work.
