Publishing rules

Rules for posting job offers and listings on the DuoRegio portal

The Polish version is the legally binding one. The translations (DE / EN / UK) are provided for convenience only.

1. General rules

DuoRegio lets businesses from the Lubusz – Brandenburg region publish job offers, company profiles and business listings. Publication and moderation are described in section 5.

These rules exist to keep the content useful and transparent, and to protect the people who use the portal.

2. Requirements for job offers

Every job offer must include:

✓ the job title (no invented or vague titles)

✓ the company name (linked to a profile in the catalogue)

✓ the location (city, country)

✓ the type of employment (full-time, part-time, contract, traineeship, internship)

✓ a description of the role (at least 100 characters)

✓ language requirements with the level (or marked as not required)

✓ at least one industry

Recommended (optional):

○ a salary range (makes the offer more attractive)

○ benefits and additional information

3. Requirements for company profiles

A company profile in the catalogue must include:

✓ the full company name (as in the register)

✓ the country and city of the registered office

✓ the industry

✓ contact details (e-mail or phone)

✓ a short description of the business

4. Prohibited content

✗ offers consisting only of a salary figure and a phone number

✗ discriminatory content (on grounds of sex, age, nationality or religion)

✗ MLM schemes, financial pyramids or promises of easy money

✗ offers that do not name the employer

✗ duplicates (the same offer published repeatedly)

✗ content that breaches Polish or German law

✗ spam and advertising unrelated to the region

✗ profanity, insults and content demeaning other people or companies

✗ incitement to hatred or violence

✗ trade in narcotics, weapons without a licence, and counterfeit goods

✗ offers of documents, diplomas or certificates issued outside the proper procedure

✗ sexual services and erotic content

✗ personal data of third parties published without their consent

✗ content infringing someone else's copyright or trade marks

5. Review and moderation

Content added by logged-in users — listings, events, news and articles — is published immediately after the form is submitted. Submitting requires confirming that the content complies with these rules.

Every entry goes through an automatic check that stops content containing profanity and the matters listed in section 4. The check is an aid; it does not replace the responsibility of the person publishing for the content they post.

Company profiles and job offers submitted through the registration form are reviewed before publication.

DuoRegio reserves the right to remove published content at any time if it breaches these rules, Polish or German law, or the rights of third parties. We notify the author by e-mail, stating the reason.

In case of repeated breaches we may block an account from adding content.

We do not tolerate harassment, threats or insults towards other users, nor any content listed in section 4, including in the B2B chat and the mini forum. We review reports within 24 hours: we remove content that breaks these rules and block or delete the account of the person responsible. In the app, every post can be reported and its author blocked.
